What to Ping ,the POST url or the domain?

This is just an SEO experimental post of mine. After blog posting I usually ping the feed finger sites using the main domain http://www.shielababes.com, but what happened the domain itself ranks then later the main post url. So I lost traffic and time. What I am going to test now is what to rank first for the keyword title: What to Ping ,the POST url or the domain?. The domain itself or the blog post permalink. On this experiment, I will ping the feed pinger site against the permalink post of this site. Let see what will happen.
